Deep Cleaning and Security Policy

We have implemented security measures in order to protect our employees, especially those working in our operational locations, as well as customers who come to us.

Daily disinfection of all our workplaces and physical contact between staff and customers is limited to a minimum of 2 meters.

All equipment (vehicles, clothes and extra accessories used by customers) are always disinfected after each use.

After each use, the campervans are subjected to thorough cleaning and disinfection using specific products so that no viruses can be transmitted between travelers.

Careful and meticulous treatment is carried out on all surfaces, interior and exterior of the vehicle, with particular attention to the points where people frequently touch during use, such as door handles, light switch, steering wheel, gear lever and dashboard (control panel).

Our flexible cancellation policy

If the cancellation occurs more than 10 days before the agreed pick-up time, the customer will be eligible to receive a flexible travel voucher with the same amount paid at the time of booking.

The travel voucher can be used to reschedule for the same number of days and on any withdrawal date until December 31, 2021.

If the rescheduling is scheduled for a higher priced station, we guarantee the rescheduling with the same value as the initial schedule, whatever the new chosen period.

If the rescheduling is not done by December 31, 2021, we guarantee a full refund of the amount already paid, up to 14 days after that date.

If the cancellation occurs less than 10 days before the agreed pick-up time, the customer will not be eligible to receive any travel voucher or refund.
