Under normal circumstances, our cancellation rules (found on our website) say that up to 30 days before the start of the trip, 10% of the total reservation is retained by us. If cancellations occur after 30 days before the start of the trip, the entire prepaid amount is retained.

COVID-19 updated cancellation policy from Friday 15th January 2021.

It is possible that from Friday 15th January 2021 all non-essential travel will be unable to take place for at least 30 days in Portugal due to the pandemic COVID-19. This is an ever changing situation and we here at Getaway are here trying to make it as clear as possible for everyone involved what is going to happen to your bookings.
