All rentals have a service fee of €100 (administrative process).
Under the Portuguese law, the leased vehicle is covered by the compulsory insurance of civil liability of 50.000.000€ and own damage covers.
Drivers must have their drivers´ license for at least one year when the trip starts.
Drivers under the age of 25 years old are required to pay an extra fee of 3€ / day.
What is it and what will it be used for?
The chosen security deposit value is payed on the pick up day.
This amount will be used to cover the following possible situations:
The security deposit is normally refunded up to 10 days after the drop off day.
Getaway motorhomes are delivered to Porto-Maia, (the airport, bus station, train station, or accommodation).
When returned to Porto we are talking about the same conditions present at delivery.
If a transfer is necessary, this service is free.
However, they can be returned in Lisbon or Faro.
This service has fixed fees to be charged:
Deliveries and returns will take place at the time indicated in the reservation (between 9am and 6pm), and it is possible to extend this period for two hours before or after (7am – 8pm) upon payment of a fee of €25.

You may park your vehicle at our facilities in a safe indoor parking garage with 24/7 security. For periods longer than a week we offer an exterior cleaning service, courtesy of Fitcar Wash(except during weekends).
Free transfers in the area of Porto:
Two-way free shuttle service from Porto´s Francisco Sá Carneiro airport, train stations (Campanhã or S. Bento), bus station or your accommodation.
* Those payment methods for the security deposit have a fee of €25.
We can only confirm reservations upon receipt of payment of 25% of the value corresponding to the daily rental fee (booking prepayment). The remaining amount will be charged upon van´s pick up.
For reservations canceled up to 30 days before the start date of the contract, the amount already paid will be refunded, except for 10% of the total amount of the reservation. After this period, the amount paid will not be refunded.
